  • CE 8 hours or (4hr Aproved CE elective ) You can Transfer it to 2026 CE or You can divide your 2024 CE into some 4, 2 and 2 hours to renew your License for 2025
  • CE 8 hours or (4hr Aproved CE elective ) You can Transfer it to 2026 CE or You can divide your 2024 CE into two 4 hours to renew your License for 2025
  • CE (8hr = 6hr elective + 2 hours Mandatory)

Elective Course #1   Elective Course #1  Flooring System (4 hours credit). Learn how can we minimizing moisture in the crawl space by sealing the spaces under the house. We will go over different types of crawl space and mostly concentrate on closed crawl space . (course #03095)

Elective Course #2  Residential Foundation System: (2 Hours Credit) Learn how physics will help you to evaluate the foundation in order to become a better problem solving General Contractor.
