Registration

  • CE (8hr =6hr elective + 2hr mandatory) that will satisfy NC requirement for 2024 to renew for 2025
  • CE ( Only 4hr , Closed Crawl Space ), 2024, to be transferred to renew for 2025, 8:00 am to Noon.
  • CE 6hr, This will satisfy the NC requirement for elective courses CE hours for 2026 & 2025 renewal. 8am-3pm
  • CE 2hr, Mandatory 2025 on Feb 20th Thursday will satisfy the NC requirement for elective courses and Mandatory CE hours for 2026 if you take 6 hours Elective on Friday Feb 21st.

By taking 6 hours Elective on Friday from 8:00am to 3:00 pm and 2 hours 2025 Mandatory on Thursday from Noon to 2:00 pm , you are able to renew your License for 2026.

Elective Course #1  Closed Crawl Space Construction (4 hours credit). Learn how can we minimizing moisture in the crawl space by sealing the spaces under the house. We will go over different types of crawl space and mostly concentrate on closed crawl space . (course #00362)

Elective Course #2  Roof Construction (2 hours credit). Learn proper roof joist building code requirements and related structural features necessary for a sound roof construction.  (course #0055)

2023 Mandatory Course #1 Required NCLBGC determined topics (2 hours credit; course #CEC.10010)
